Refund Policy

We’re confident that you’ll absolutely love our training & certification products and services. However, if you’re not fully satisfied you are protected by a 100% money-back return policy on all online certification courses. Here are the details:

Online Training Courses:
If for some reason you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 7 days after your purchase of any online training courses, simply ask for a full refund. You’ll get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

Courses with Payment Plans:
If you’re not satisfied at any time during the first 7 days of your purchase of any online training courses using a payment plan, simply ask for a full refund. You’ll get your money back. Please note, payment plans are not cancellable after 7 days. Payment plans are not subscriptions. You are obligated to pay the full price of the course through the duration of your payment plan.

Downloadable Products:
Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, there is no way we can accept returns or refunds once the download has been delivered.

Physical Products (books, manuals, etc):
If for some reason you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after your purchase of a training manual or book and you wish to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, send an email to admin[at]lscorp.com to request your refund. Any physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20 % of the purchase price.
