LSSBB Certification Preparation

Black Belt Certification Prep-Pack

This lean six sigma black belt certification prep-pack will give you key exposure to hundreds of test questions and all the information you'll need from our "Learn Six Sigma" eBook. What you'll get are seven additional practice tests that will give you a major advantage in passing the official certification exam.

through our D.M.A.I.C. phase tests, the baseline exam, and our certification pre-exam.s certification prep-pack includes seven practice tests each designed to progress you toward a successful official certification exam passing score. Included with this preparation testing program is our "Learn Six Sigma" Black Belt eBook and, for your reference and convenience, our Quick Reference eGuide.

It is our strong recommendation that your practice begins with overviewing the curriculum outline below and then turning to the "Learn Six Sigma" Black Belt eBook to ensure you're comfortable with the content contained within our eBook. When you are comfortable, you may begin using the practice tests anytime. Here's what to expect.

All tests have passing scores of 80%, as does the official certification exam. The following practice test sequence should be followed: Baseline, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, Pre-Exam. Then, after one full sequence, freshen up with the eBook and complete your second sequence of tests, this time, you will not take the baseline test. Two full rotations of our certification prep-pack and you will be in an absolutely great position to pass the certification exam!

Recommended Approach to Your Exam Preparation

We recommend understanding that you can only take the baseline test one time, but the remaining practice tests and pre-exam can be taken two times. Therefore, we encourage you to enter the baseline test to gauge your preparedness. From there, you will better understand what to expect and how you might begin visiting the "Learn Six Sigma" eBook.

The practice tests are set up to be linear in manner, meaning that you will need to complete Define before advancing to Measure. Difficulty does progress into Analyze and Improve. Go through each practice test and the pre-exam in order one time through. Repeating the process a second final time will expose you to the most questions possible in preparation for your official certification exam.
